You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

3️⃣Lunge with DB Pass Through (L) Side
4️⃣Alt DB Snatch to 2 Frogger
5️⃣Lunge with DB Pass Through (R) Side
6️⃣Staggered DB Pushup Pull Through
7️⃣Chest Press to Chest Fly
8️⃣Leg Raise Hip Lift to Situp
9️⃣Kneeling Hammer Curl to Alt Front Raise

2️⃣Single to Double RDL
3️⃣Pulse Curtsy Lunge to Lateral Raise
