Beginning Day 146 on my carnivore diet transformation journey. I am down 1.0lbs from the previous day for a total weight loss of 50.8lbs since starting this journey just over 20 weeks ago. I recently started exercising, do no supplements, and eat animal foods, mostly meat. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur working to increase my health, quality of life, and to optimize my body and mind. Only 2 weeks before I started this carnivore diet journey I thought that the people doing the carnivore diet were keto fanatics doing it to spite vegans, which is hilarious, however not totally true :) I had no idea of the real world carnivore benefits I’m experiencing now 145 days in. I got started on carnivore because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a Joe Rogan Experience Podcast clip via @JREClips where Joe Rogan interviewed @JordanBPeterson . Jordan Peterson told an incredible story of his carnivore keto experience and how it had changed his life. He shared his daughter @mikhaila story of how she drastically changed her life because of the carnivore diet. She has her own version of carnivore that she calls the lion diet. Then I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd . During lunch every day I watched YouTube videos by @KenDBerryMD and @SteakandButterGal to learn more about this carnivore lifestyle. And 20 weeks later here I am sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
