This is a 10 x 8 bespoke cabin style shed, it was built to replicate an existing shed.
Framework - 63mm x 38mm C16 dry graded
Cladding - 12mm finished thickness redwood pine, tongue and grooved
Floor - 18mm exterior graded plywood over 45mm x 32mm floor purlins
Roof - - 12mm finished thickness redwood pine, tongue and grooved. Felted over with 2kg per square meter polyester based green mineral felt. All the edges of the roof are rounded over for stress relief. Tyhe roof is supported by a 45mm x 95mm ridge beam to ensure the roof does not sag over time.
Glazing - 2mm horticultural glass secured with battens and sealed
This shed has been treated with Chroma 2005 timber preservative and will need to be further treated by the client.
