Recovery efforts are underway across parts of China, after days of heavy rain triggered floods and landslides.
The death toll has risen to 36 and 1.5 million people have been forced to move to safety.
The capital Beijing remains on high alert, as officials say there could be more landslides.
Since late July, Typhoon Doksuri has swept across the Philippines, before heading north to Taiwan and China, causing widespread damage.
Authorities are working to repair roads and access to power, which has been cut off for days in some parts.
