EXECUTIVE SESSION 20:00
1. City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to seek legal advice from the City Attorney concerning pending or contemplated litigation regarding: City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, Deliberations about Real Property, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, to wit: real properties generally located at Main Street and Magnolia Drive.
2. City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to seek legal advice from the City Attorney concerning pending or contemplated litigation regarding: City of Duncanville v. Valdez; property located at 315 Blossom.
3. City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 550.71 of the Texas Gov't Code to seek legal advice from the City Attorney about pending litigation and claims in the following matters: EON Reality Management Agreement Lease, Security Interest.
4. The City Council may convene into closed executive session under Section 551.071 and 551.074 to seek legal advice from the City Attorney or to deliberate a personnel matter concerning the hiring, assignment, duties and/or conduct interviews of a City personnel employee to wit: Interim City Manager and City Manager position.

5. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
a. Consider an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by repealing Chapter 22, ‘Drainage Utility’, Article 1 ‘Municipal Drainage Utility System’ in its entirety, and replacing it with a new Article 22, “Drainage Utility" and providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause, providing a savings clause; providing for a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). b. Consider a Resolution approving the Main Street Corridor Study recommendations for each segment option of Main Street from I-20 to Nance Street and selecting a project as the City's nomination for the Dallas County 7th Call for Projects. 01:36:36

Consider a Resolution approving an offer of a Hotel Occupancy Tax Grant for the FY20-21 Budget in the amount of $1,075 to the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce for electrical costs associated with the upgrade to their LED Sign while serving as the Duncanville Official Visitor Center.
