Syracuse got a tough test from the Yale Bulldogs in the first half, but 'Cuse was able to pull away for a 78-50 victory. After Yale took an 18-16 lead in the second quarter, Syracuse took control with a 21-2 run that extended into the third quarter. Syracuse made just one three-pointer, but they outscored Yale 48-22 inside the paint. Georgia Woolley was the leading scorer with 16 points. Izabel Varejao recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
