RECIPE
Ingredients:
1-2 bunches of rapini (broccoli rabe)
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 large or 3 small cloves of garlic
1/4 cup water
Salt to taste
Directions:
Wash and trim rapini. Do not remove the stalks entirely, just the tips.
Heat olive oil to medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté until light golden brown. Add rapini along with the water. Salt to taste.
Toss the greens then cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 7-10 minutes until slightly tender, then serve.
