Join PFP Instructor Lauren Lewis in this challenging circuit workout specifically designed for those living with Young Onset Parkinson's. This workout is includes two circuits of made up of 4 exercises. Each exercise targets a symptom of Parkinson's, specifically Gait, Balance, Rigidity, and Bradykinesia. For this workout, we will use a set of hand weights and a PFP exercise ball. If you don't have weights or a ball, you can still get a good workout without them, or find a creative substitution around your house, such as a water bottle or rolled-up t-shirt.
