Today I share with you a recipe that falls in the category of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free recipes - vegetable fried rice. This dish can be served as a side or main dish.

You will need:
3 cups of cooked rice
1 carrot cut up very small
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup of green sweet pepper cut up very small
3 sticks of chive cut up very small
3 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
