BREASTFEEDING STRETCHES FOR BREASTFEEDING MOMS | Postnatal Yoga Stretches.
Hey my loves and welcome to today's breastfeeding stretches for breastfeeding moms video. These postnatal yoga stretches will help you to eliminate those common aches and pains that come with breastfeeding. I have been breastfeeding for over 3 years now with a short break during my second pregnancy so I know a thing or two about what stretches work best (especially if you're also cosleeping which adds its own set of aches!). Let me know in the comments how long you have been breastfeeding for!
Please note, this is suitable from around 6-8 weeks postpartum once your dr has cleared you to exercise. You will need to check with your doctor that this level of exercise is right for you. If you’ve had a c-section, you will need to wait until your scar feels fully healed. But don’t worry, I’ve got lots of very gentle, early days pp stuff on my channel.
