New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju on Monday slammed Congress for alleging that Bharatiya Janata Party is trying to convert Arunachal Pradesh into a Hindu State and said Congress is making irresponsible statements. Rijiju asked the Congress not to make such provocative remarks and reminded them that India is a secular country.
