Welcome to the #dolomites in #Italy! Join me and my friends as we visit Lago di Braies (Pragser Wildsee), Cadini di Misurina in Tre Cime Nature Park, Lago di Sorapis, and come fly with me to Amsterdam, Brussels, Geneva, and Chamonix, and back home to Canada.
Lago di Sorpais: We parked at B&B Hotel Passo Tre Croci Cortina and did the shorter trail. It took us round-trip ~4 hours (out & back), and it was about 13km long with ~600m of elevation. You can check out the trail here on All Trails: [ Ссылка ].
Lago di Braies: Until September 10th 2023, you must reserve your parking here - [ Ссылка ]. If you don't, make sure to show up before 09:30. If you show up after 09:30, you'll have to go to the information point at the entrance to pay. Then park at P1 and take the shuttle (runs every 30 minutes or so) to the lake. It'll cost 40e, which covers the parking, shuttle, and a 20e voucher at one of the restaurants near P1. Renting a boat costs 50e, or 15e if you want to share with strangers. Open from 8AM-7PM (check the website for more accurate/up-to-date information). Always make sure to check the official website for more information!
Cadini di Misurina: Located inside of the Tre Cime Nature Park. Costs 30e to park at the top. You'll actually see Cadini di Misurina at the parking lot. Instead of going left to the three peaks, go right. If you search it up on Google Maps it'll pop up.
Venice: Getting a gondola ride in person costs ~100e/30 mins (200e/hr). You can try to negotiate, but they have a price card. Booking online may be cheaper. Staying in the canals can be expensive, so you may want to consider staying in Venice Mestre and taking the train/bus in.
