Photos showing accused Pennsylvania killer Cosmo DiNardo brandishing a gun surfaced following his reported confession. DiNardo posted images of himself with a maniacal expression and wielding a gun as he participated in a social media group chat speculating about the disappearance of 18-year-old Dean Finocchiaro. DiNardo admitted to killing four men and says he had an accomplice. He faces four counts of murder and another man named Sean Kratz has been charged with killing three of the victims. #InsideEdition
