Instant Khatta Dhokla
Gujarati Farsan Recipe
The perfect method to make the market-style batter for making perfect spongy and soft Gujarati khaman dhokla.
ingredients:
1 Cup = 250 ml
1 Cup - Sooji
1/2 Cup - Besan Mota wala
3/4 Cup - Curd
Salt to taste
1 Cup - Water
Whisk Properly
Keep Rest for 15 min
Take a steamer and heat the steamer
In a batter :
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp - Hing
1 tbsp - Garlic Crushed
1 tsp - Green Chilli Ginger Paste
1/2 Cup -Boiled Corn ( Boil with Pinch of Haldi and 1/2 tsp Sugar )
1/4 Cup - Coriander Chopped
Again if required add
2 tbsp - Water ( adjust Consistency)
Make a 2 Part Of Batter ( in Full Portion it will use 1 full packet )
In half Portion
Put 1/2 Sachet - Eno ( blue )
And mix it well
And steam the Dhokla , Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder over the Dhokla Batter and Steam it for 12 -15 Min
And after Steamed Put
Peanut oil over the Dhokla and Cut n Serve
