Clarke explains why he thought it was necessary for Sally to sell her business, but confesses that he only got her signature because she was drunk. Ridge doesn’t like doing business this way. Clarke says the bill of sale gets Ridge’s foot in the door, but the rest is up to Ridge. When Sally realizes Marone Industries is the potential investor she’s livid with Clarke. Clarke blurts out that they already own the company. Rick tells Bridget that Amber has been inconsolable and hopes the funeral service for both children will help ease her guilt. Amber approaches the caskets, but her legs give out. As Amber cries, Rick tells her to let it all out. Amber says all she wanted in this world was to be with her children and asks why did they leave her.
