Apricot Leather:
Wash and de- pit apricots
In a blender, fill with apricots, then add about 1 cup juice of your choice. I like to use orange juice or apple juice. Blend until smooth.
My dehydrator came with plastic rounds, but if you don’t have those, then silicone mats or parchment paper will work too! Make sure to lightly oil what ever plastic or parchment you will be using.
Spread blended apricots evenly but also on the thicker side. Start your dehydrator and let it go for at least 13 hours on 135 degrees. I usually check mine the next day and will take off when every tray has been evenly dried.
Cut or roll pieces and Store in a ziplock bag.
