Today is St Georges Day in England. St George is our patron saint!
To celebrate I'm working through several whiskies created by The English Whisky Company at the St Georges Distillery in Norfolk.

First up is the English Whisky Co Chapter 6. Their first full scale release of a properly aged whisky.

Second is the English Whisky Co Chapter 10 Sherry Cask. Just shy of 5 years in an oloroso sherry cask have done wonders to this liquid.

Third, is the English Whisky Co Chapter 9 2013 Peated. Just three years old, you'd be easily fooled into thinking this was older stock.

Finally, as a bonus, is the Nelstrops Pedro Ximenez. A fortified wine thats like a sherry and whisky liqueur .
