🌳Hello everyone! Today I am going to share how to grow bitter melon from seed to harvest. It is very amazing harvesting, the fruit very big, it about 13 inches long. I cook bitter gourd with this recipe: Bitter Gourd Soup, Fry Eggs with Bitter Gourd, and Stir Fry Bitter Gourd with Beef. The taste is a little bit bitter but it is so yummy, if you like this kind of this vegetable.
Here are the steps to grow bitter gourd:
Day 1- day 14 : Start sowing
Day 31 : apply fertilizer (1st time) I use quail manure compost.
Day 41 : apply fertilizer (2nd time) I use quail manure compost.
Day 48 : Hand pollination
Day 55 : 1st time harvest
Day 59 : 2nd time harvest
Day 65 : 3rd time harvest
