This is a very quick and easy snack to serve with drinks. I had first eaten this in Gymkhana club. I am sure you all will love it too.
INGREDIENTS
Roasted peanuts ... 1/2 cup
Onion .................. 1 small
Green chillies ..... 1-2 ( as per your spice level )
Coriander leaves .. handful
Tomato ............. 1 tbsps.
Salt .................. to taste
Red chilli powder .. a pinch (optional )
Lemon juice ...... 1-2 tbsps ( half a lemon )
