Workplace Learning (WpL) helps organisations establish a common purpose to grow competencies in staying relevant and competitive. In this series of Workplace Learning Journeys, Kaer Pte Ltd shared their best practices in supporting their staff's continuous learning and development. They worked with NACE to develop a sustainable workplace learning system for onboarding new hires, promoting competency development and collaboration through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and effective coaching.
