We're in Essaouira Morocco and today's vlog is different because we're learning how to cook traditional Moroccan food with a local. Together we make a huge vegetable tagine and a chicken tagine along with Moroccan salad. Naturally, we start by pick up all the necessary ingredients at the market right outside our door here in Essaouira. The process to making tagines is actually so easy, just toss everything you want in with Moroccan spices! We also have traditional dessert treats and Moroccan mint tea and enjoy the sunset over Essaouira. A truly memorable experience! Thank you Fatima for a great afternoon!
