Ukrainian troops are readying for a "last battle" to control the besieged port of Mariupol. They have said their ammunition is running out and they are surrounded by the Russian army. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has addressed South Korean lawmakers. He said Russian forces have destroyed at least 300 hospitals, and tens of thousands of people have likely been killed in Mariupol. Mr Zelenskyy warned Russia is not just a threat to Ukraine, but to the whole of Europe, Seoul had rejected the request for weapons, citing the potential impact on its military readiness.
