India's wait for a COVID vaccine has finally ended, as the country will witness the largest vaccination drive tomorrow. Close to 3L health workers and frontline workers will get the shot at 3,006 centers pan-India. In order to ensure a seamless process, close to 1.65 Crore doses of vaccines from both SII and Bharat Biotech have already been shipped to all states. 100 beneficiaries will be vaccinated in each of these sites across the country. Prime Minister Modi will launch the drive virtually tomorrow, along with the Co-Win app. The long process of the COVID vaccine has been backed by a group of doctors and scientists.
