The Cutthroat Audio Fullerton™ 5G9 amplifier is a modern interpretation of the classic Fender 1960 5G9 Tremolux. It highlights several enhancements and modifications made to the original circuit, such as the ability to add a second gain stage from the 6G3 model, switchable rectifier options, and a selectable negative feedback loop. The amp features a re-voiced "Normal" channel inspired by the JMP50 lead spec, while the "Bright" channel offers a choice between a 12AY7 and a 12AX7 tube for different tonal characteristics. Other notable features include a bias-vary tremolo, master volume control, and a custom-built cabinet with a 12" Alnico speaker.
