So my name is Catherine Stone, I'm a social worker with Norton Medical Group helping people with behavioral health and mental health issues, such as depression anxiety panic attacks. I love what I do, I think I've known I wanted to be a social worker, since I was a little kid there's something about empowering another person, to understand what the problem is and that they are completely in charge of fixing it and I'm just their guide to help them navigate the different areas to get to the end point, whatever that end point is, whatever end point they decide they're the expert on their life and that's what I love, is seeing someone who's previously in a place where they can't get out of bed in the morning to get to a place where they're happy to get up and they can leave their house and they can live their life, it's one of those things, where I was born to do this oh I get it at an organic level it's what I'm passionate about I can't picture myself doing anything else ever. I am a runner that's my that's my jam I do up to half marathons I can't seem to bring myself to do it full marathon I like to cook I like to bake it's what keeps me sane whenever something's troubling me I spend my day in the kitchen making something.
