What’s happening in this Inferno movie clip?
Langdon (Tom Hanks from Forrest Gump, Big and Philadelphia) and Brooks (Felicity Jones from Like Crazy and The Theory of Everything) are decrypting a new clue when Christoph Bouchard (Omar Sy from Intouchables), a man purporting to be working for the government, warns them that Sinskey has a double agenda and is after the Inferno for her own profit. The three decide to cooperate.

What’s the movie Inferno about?
Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks from Forrest Gump, Big and Philadelphia), a famous symbologist, wakes up in a Florence hospital without knowing why. He has amnesia and a secret organization wants him dead. Dr. Brooks (Felicity Jones from Like Crazy and The Theory of Everything) helps him escape from the hospital. Langdon is in possession of a Botticelli map, based on Dante's Inferno, filled with clues left by geneticist Bertrand Zobrist (Ben Foster from Hell or High Water). The latter has made the apology of the end of the world before committing suicide a few days earlier. Zobrist feared overpopulation, so he created a virus to annihilate the entire planet before it killed itself. The map leads to the location where he hid his virus. Agents of the World Health Organization led by Dr. Sinskey (Sidse Babett Knudsen from Borgen) are on the case, with the private consortium of Mr. Sims (Irrfan Khan from The Namesake) acting on Zobrist's behalf as well as Christoph Bouchard (Omar Sy from Intouchables) a double agent acting on his own behalf. As he comes to his senses, Langdon discovers that the virus is not in Venice but in Istanbul. Doctor Brooks abandons him and turns out to be Bertrand Zobrist's girlfriend. Her mission is to execute his last wishes. Langdon had been kidnapped by Sims' men and then drugged to better lead Brooks to the virus. Everyone meets at the Basilica Cistern to prevent the carnage.
