US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright paid tribute on Tuesday (18/8) to bombing victims and staff of the embassies in Nairobi and Tanzania,and promised to track down the perpetrators of the August 7th bombs, which left 257 dead and nearly 5,000 injured.
