Cleaning the machine is an essential step of the barista’s routine. Here we can see how simple it is to clean Zero with the proper cleaning tools.

To clean your espresso machine, use a blind portafilter and a specific cleaning tablet. The three front buttons will start blinking fast for two minutes until the cleaning process is over.

Also on Zero you can turn off the main boiler when not used or use one single brewing unit and turn off all the other group heads – energy impact is considerably lower, and so are operating costs.
