Support your local game store! I bought these from Ebay because here in Japan, I'm extremely limited to what I can buy in English, that's why I shop mostly online. If you have a local game store that sells cards that you like and isn't charging too much, buy cards from them. Better to support your local store to ensure they stay in business!

So what are resealed packs? Who would do it and why? Unfortunately, it seems to be more common than most of us expect. And it can sometimes be VERY difficult to tell if a pack has already been opened before. Especially for players with little experience, or maybe just not paying attention, a player could just tear through packs and not even notice they've had the best cards stolen and resealed booster packs sold to them!
