The only time I can defeat someone without grinding is this pyramid of gratitude.

Rules for the Low Level Challenge:

1. NG+ only
- Some accessories are worth holding onto to survive fatal blows
- I can fight Margaret in the future in the lowest possible level
- I need skill cards compatible with the Shuffle Time skill card levels' else I cannot win with Izanagi

2. Can only encounter Golden Hands
- Exception: Enemies after defeating golden hand group will be counted since rng can be a pain to redo.
- Exception: Shadows associated with quests have to be killed, as well as the shadows not essential to the quests
- If one golden hand is accompanied with other enemy types, I have to retry another golden hand squad

3. As much as I can, Izanagi only
- If not possible, I should fuse a persona resulting in a level not higher than my current level
- I cannot use the personas I saved in the compedium until I reached a difficulty barrier where I should level a bit, or use OP skills in a current level persona

4. My starting Izanagi is retained from start to finish.

5. Money is relative
- To be fair, no matter how rich you are, any shadow can ruin your day

Everything else is fair game.
