Depth jumps are a great plyometric exercise that will help improve your vertical. Be sure to land with soft feet and immediately jump up. Hesitations on the floor will limit the amount of benefit the depth jump can give. When completing plyometric exercises it is a necessity that you be able to squat one and a half times your body weight to insure safety.
