The Triple Win Programme is a cooperation between the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) and Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH for the sustainable recruitment of nurses from third countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Philippines, Tunisia, Indonesia, Kerala (India) and Jordan to Germany. This programme aims to provide equal benefit to all parties involved: Partner Countries, Germany (Hospitals and nursing institution/homes for elderly care), and Nurses.
The number of applicants for the Triple Win Indonesia Programme is increasing every year, indicating a high-level of interest in migration to Germany as nurses.
As per 2024 we have departed 177 nurses to German, amongst them are 68% female nurses and 32% male nurses, with a total over 700+ nurses already recruited but not yet departed.
