2 potatoes
1 eggplant
2 carrots
2 zucchinis
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
400 g grated tomatoes
3 tbsp. tomato paste
120 ml olive or sunflower oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp oregano
salt, pepper to taste
