The Pink Gin cocktail is a very old drink from the 1800s that likely started out as a drink of the Royal Navy. It's an amazingly simple, yet delicious drink. Not a great starter cocktail, but if you love gin, make sure you keep this drink in your repertoire. (As a note: I was a little heavy handed with the bitters in the video. You should probably go for fewer dashes than I did.)

1.5oz Plymouth gin
4 dashes Angostura bitters

Add ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and then stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
