Serves- 2 soup bowls
Ingredients :
6 drumsticks
Salt
Water
2-3 tsp Lemon juice
Method :
a) Wash and peel 6 drumsticks. Cut them into medium size pieces.
b) Now add 1 and ½ glass of water in a pressure cooker and ½ tsp salt.Add the drumsticks to the water
c) Pressure cook it until 3-4 whistles.
d) Grind the boiled drumsticks with the help of a hand blender. Don’t blend it too much. Just slightly is good.
e) Strain the mixture using a strainer. Separate the pulp nicely. Add little water and separate the pulp as much as possible.
f) Now place a pan on the gas stove and put on the flame. Transfer the drumsticks stock to a pan
g) Bring this stock to boil. Add salt as per taste,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,2-3 tsp lemon juice. Give everything a very nice mix.
Healthy Drumstick soup is ready to serve.
