Ingredients:
olive oil
onion
carrot
zucchini
peas
celery stalks
chopped tomatoes
water or stock
canned beand
pasta of your choice
2 bay leaves
herbs
salt
pepper
parmesan
Instructions:
Sauté the onion in olive oil.
add carrot, peas, celery, zucchini, chopped tomatoes and water or stock.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Add canned beans and pasta.
Flavour with salt, pepper add bay leaves and herbs.
Cook until pasta is cooked.
serve with parmesan cheese.
