In court documents filed late Monday, The Prichard Water Board (PWWSB) has filed its response to Synovus Banks’ request to appoint a receiver to oversee the embattled system.
In the filing, PWWSB requests that the court strike, or remove, saying certain parts of Synovus’ filing are irrelevant, immaterial, impertinent and “are only included to be scandalous and to reflect badly on PWWSB”
