Thalapakatti Biryani's are very special and unique in Tamil Nadu, South India. It's usually cooked with Seeraka Samba rice which gives nice aroma and taste. The speciality of this biryani comes from freshly grounded biryani masala which yields a nice brown color and texture. Mushroom gives nice crunchy taste to this biryani.
It's easy and quick one pot recipe but very rich in taste (max 30mins).
