Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address to the nation has made a dramatic announcement to end the use of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes in a bid to weed out black money in the country. The Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes will no longer be legal tender from November 9th 2016.
