TRADITIONAL TEOCHEW BRAISED DUCK RICE WITH OVER 40 YEARS LEGACY

First time visiting SIMS VISTA hawker centre.. searched Google maps and this caught my eye.. Traditional Teochew Briased duck with over 40 years experience.. owner Mr. Chen started as stall assistant somewhere near Tong Ji hospital before starting on his own in 1981. was at Circular road near boat quay for 30 years before settling here at sims for 10 years.. as traditional and simple to its core.. just pure braised duck.. some cabbage. really good soup.. peanuts and some braised pork. gotta try it as there's no one taking over his legacy..
