Talking about some facts about 9mm revolvers VS .38 Special revolvers and doing a ballistic gel test with Hornady Critical Defense ammunition. The 9mm is the 115 gr FTX rated at 1,135 FPS and the .38 Special is a +P 110 gr FTX rated at 1,090 FPS. I do a 10% Clear Ballistics gel test.
