Today we are sharing recipe of a healthy and delicious whole-wheat pizza with mixed vegetables. A healthy whole wheat crust that comes out soft overall , chewy inside and crispy outside. Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Salt – ½ tsp.
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp.
Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
Sugar - ½ tsp.
Curd – ¼ cup
Water to make dough – ¼ cup
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp. (or use any veg. oil)
Butter/Oil – to grease Plate
Pizza Sauce – 1 Tbsp.
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup (or any pizza cheese)
Topping – Capsicum, Onion, Broccoli, Olive, Paneer Cubes
You can use topping as per your choice
