Rila Mountains are the highest in Bulgaria and the whole Balkan region. We drive between the mountain resort of Borovets, the first of its kind in the country and the town of Kostenets, in The Maritsa River Valley. We descend about 800m in altitude along this beautiful mountain road, with great views around. Enjoy!
