Meringue Cake Recipe Ingredients:
Egg white 200 grams
Icing sugar 400 grams
White vinegar as required
Whippy Whip Cream 250 grams
Berries for the topping
Method:
Beat the egg whites well, while slowly adding the icing sugar. Now add the white vinegar as required. Then make rosettes with the nozzle and bake at 100°C for 1 hour and cool. Now whip the whipped cream, along with the berries puree. Then layer it. Finally cover with whipped cream and serve garnished with berries.
Cardamom Tea Cake Recipe Ingredients:
Butter 200 grams
Caster sugar 200 grams
Vanilla essence 2 drops
Eggs 5
Flour 200 grams
Baking powder 12 grams
Cardamom powder 2 grams
Method:
First, mix the butter and caster sugar to a creamy texture. Also, add vanilla essence to it. Then add eggs. After that add flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder and mix well. Then bake at 180c for 22 to 25 minutes and take it out.
