Vial Washing Machine is the first equipment placed in vial filling line machines. Automatic Vial Washing Machine can wash 2ml to 100ml vials with speed up to 240 vials per minute. Three water and three air washes performs during the operation and duly washed vials transferred onto sterilization tunnel after washing process. Vial Washer invert vials in neck down position for thorough cleaning of sterile glass vials.
Being rotary design machine occupies less space and fulfill easy to use approach. All parts in contact made from high quality stainless steel 316 materials and delrin for cGMP compliance. In case of non availability of loop system optional pumping station can be provided upon specific request. Last wash of WFI can be recycled and can use in first wash as recycled water.
We have in our range standard and high speed washing machines for ampoules, vials and glass bottles. Our design include rotary vial washers as well as linear vial washers. We also provide washing machine for external washing of ampoules and vials.
