Everyone’s 200K service will be different but overall the cooling system should be overhauled every 100k! Original owner on this E46. 0-200k! Awesome milestone. At this point of ownership I am attacking the cooling system and a couple other pieces. My cooling system has never been touched. I opted in for the aluminum power steering pulley and the aluminum water pump pulley. Both by ECS Tuning. Aluminum thermostat housing, water pump, overflow reservoir with sensor and a radiator (not in this video). All the crucial parts of the cooling system.
