In this video, we want to show a use case of invoice processing in Asana. The solution allows you to create an automated invoice processing and extracting data to the Asana dashboard. Additionally, all line items are classified according to the cost categories that were configured by our customer using the Bitskout Classification feature.
The case itself is an automated invoice processing queue to build a cost-type dashboard so a team can see their spend type. If you look closely, the process is organized in such a way that it can be run manually without any automations. And this queue can be used for any type of incoming request to create a “perfect” task that has all the context for an employee to just do it.
