The AQ fleet has completed our Journey and all 14 boats are back here on the dock in West End.
Our final week was a memorable one that started out in Cane Garden Bay as our student's climbed Mt. Sage, the highest point in the BVI.
After our climb, we took a break from our training to compete in a sand castle contest on beautiful Sandy Cay, and celebrate the day with an evening get together at Sydney's Peace and Love.
Our Vega, Polaris, Aquarius, and Carina students completed their sailing certifications during an intense day of practical exams and then showed off their new skills with a pair of races, won by the crews of Bavastro and Lascaris.
Our Divemaster students completed their final scuba review and DSD simulations before wrapping up their course leading dives for our Barracuda, Carina, and Aquarius students on the RMS Rhone.
Our newly certified Vega and Polaris students also got in on the fun, completing their first dive as certified open water divers on the historic wreck.
Over in our advanced diving fleet, our Rescue students completed their training during two surprise Rescue scenarios, while our Neptune students completed their wreck diver certification over on the Wreck of the Beta. The Dolphin students completed a sea urchin dissection and wrapped up their research projects by presenting their results to the group.
In our final race of the session, Lascaris finished with another victory before the fleet dropped sail for the final time and headed into West End to wrap up our amazing adventure.
It's been an incredible three weeks, and we're grateful for our awesome shipmates and staff and all of the amazing things you accomplished together. We hope to sail with you again in the future.
