Today, we're discussing the new Title IX regulations set to go into effect on August 1, 2024. Since 1972, Title IX has prohibited discrimination based on sex in education programs receiving federal financial assistance.
To further equal opportunity, the Biden Administration has released new regulations that include significant changes compared to the 2020 Title IX regulations.
