President Mwai Kibaki has directed security agents in the country to deal firmly with vandals targeting road equipment along the Nairobi-Thika superhighway. The president who officially commissioned the 50 kilometer road alongside Prime Minister Raila Odinga says there is need to safeguard the infrastructure from vandals having spent over 31 billion shillings to reconstruct the highway.
